All presenting authors are highly encouraged to submit a full paper of their accepted abstract. Full papers are accepted for all presentation types:
- Individual papers
- Panel papers
Full papers will be collected through the online submission system until 20 October 2018.
Checklist – Full paper submission at a glance
All full papers must be prepared in Word and saved as a PDF file using the structure and format given below.
How to submit your full paper:
- Prepare your full paper following the ECREA 2018 full paper template
- Save your file in .pdf format using the file name: “Surname_ECREA2018_SessionCode”
- Submit your full paper
Full papers are to be submitted using the ECREA 2018 conference platform with the login details used for abstract submission. Should you have forgotten those, we can easily retrieve them for you. The password can be requested at the Portal login page if you do not know it/remember it.
All registered delegates can submit full papers. As the papers will not be visible outside the conference platform, full papers can still be published elsewhere after the conference.
When you log in to the ECREA 2018 conference platform, an overview of your submitted abstracts will appear. Click „Upload full paper“ in order to start the upload process.
Uploading the Full Paper
Prepare your full paper following the mandatory structure below and save the document as PDF file labelling it “Surname_ECREA2018_SessionCode” (e.g., Smith_ECREA2018_POL15). You can find the session codes in the online programme. All abstracts within a panel have the same session code.
Once your document is ready and correctly named, proceed with the upload. Click the “Add the full paper document” button, select the file from the directory, confirm the selection and the file will be uploaded. Click “next” and procced to the next step – final overview and submission.
Final Overview and Submission
Once the file is uploaded you will advance to the next step, where the full paper may be reviewed. If you find out that an incorrect version has been uploaded you can simply get back to the previous step using the “Back” button, delete the incorrect file and upload the final one. You will advance to the overview by clicking the “Next” button. Finally, click the “Submit” button and save your upload. Once the full paper is submitted, it can no longer be changed unless a written request to the ECREA 2018 Registration & Scientific Programme Department is sent using the following e-mail address: email@example.com.

Full Paper Formatting Requirements
Your full paper must contain:
- Title of your full paper (font size 14, bold, centred)
- Session code (font size 14, bold, centred)
- Author´s first name, Author´s last name, Author´s affiliation (italics)
- Co-author´s first name, Co-author´s last name, Co-author´s affiliation (italics)
- Abstract (150 words)
- Keywords (5-7)
- In-text references
- List of references at the end of your paper
- Footnotes (not endnotes)
Your full paper must be formatted as follows:
- Wordcount: max. 4000 words (including abstract and references)
- Font type: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Spacing: 1.5
- Referencing style: The use of APA 6thcitation style is suggested but not mandatory.
If the paper meets the guidelines, it will be published and will be visible on the conference platform to all registered participants.
